Dry Lining

Using plasterboard tacked to timber frames on the walls, dry lining makes it easy to decorate shortly after completion. You can have Gypsum fibre boards rather than the standard plasterboard, to increase sound insulation & support fixings directly.

Skimming

Skimming involves making sure everything is completely covered, with no suction spots, then creating a smooth finish by applying a thin layer of plaster to a ceiling or wall.

Rendering

Rendering uses a coating of sand & cement on external walls. This coating may also contain pebbles or stonechips, called roughcast. RLT are experienced in all types of Rendering & can provide competitive prices for this work.

Coving

Coving is used to cover gaps and joins between the ceiling and walls.
